A Message from Steven T. Liu, M.D., SFHM
Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Way back in 1999 when I started Ingenious Med, I wanted to leverage the disruptive technology at the time to solve some real-world problems for physicians, their practices and their hospital partners. The whole goal was to help physician practices to become successful so their clinicians could spend more time doing what we originally became clinicians for, caring for patients and improving their lives.
Traditionally, we’ve helped by optimizing revenue cycle, practice optics and rounding efficiency. These days, it's all about cost reduction, minimizing care variation and improving interdisciplinary collaboration. Our goal is to help our already overwhelmed clinicians be even smarter by providing them with real-time insights and tools, at the point-of-care, so they can better align with the new environment of value.
The ultimate fulfillment of our beliefs is today’s Ingenious Med and our IM technology. With the help of many other talented individuals, we have put our clients on The Right Side of Healthcare℠ by developing what has become the nation’s leading platform. Who knew we’d end up touching upon 1 in 6 hospitalized patients!? I’m humbled and excited by what this could mean for our nation’s care and the difference that could be made.
We imagine a future in which we do ever more for our customers and the patients they care for and I hope you will make that journey with us.
Dr. Steven T. Liu
Growth Through Innovation
Innovation is a critical part of our success. We believe it’s best done through close client partnership and collaboration with the main goal of providing true “real-world” value. If we can design solutions that providers absolutely can’t live without, we’ve done our job.
Winning Acceptance Worldwide
Thanks to the totally unique nature of IM, we have created our own market niche, offering multiple patient-encounter solutions within a single application for tens of thousands of users across the United States.
Embracing The Future
Just as we anticipated the future of healthcare more than 18 years ago, so we embrace future opportunities to simultaneously improve the health of both patients and the healthcare systems that serve them.
